Introduction:  These pages show pictures from mountain climbing trips.  CC&Y is a three peak chain in Rocky Mountain National Park  with13,000 to 13,500 foot summits.  Long's is a 14,200 foot peak and  also in Rocky Mountain National Park.  Both CC&Y and Long's are "treks".  Engineer, Adams, Ranier and Whitney (mountaineering route) are "climbs".  Mount Engineer (13,200 ft) is in the San Juan Mountains. Mount Ranier is in Washington and stands at 14,400 feet.  Mount Adams is directly across from Mount Ranier with a 12,800 foot summit.  Finally, Mount Whitney in California is the tallest peak in the continental US with a 14,500 foot summit.
